to be fair, as far as i'm aware, at least on mangadex, the immediate prequel arc is not covered, so we jump right into this situation.

I am confused, last manga arc Minami had to decide whether she wanted Minoru's aid to become a parasyte or go with Tatsuya's will. What happened? Did I miss a manga in between or is this how it went in the volume?

The previous manga isn’t finished yet; it’s only just about to conclude in Japan this month in the magazine, and it will take me some time to translate the volume that comes out at the end of May.

Oh so they started this new manga before concluding the previous manga's story? That's crazy, thanks for the info. I was about to start reading this new one, but I guess I'll wait. I don't want any gap of having to go backwards and forwards, specially since the synopsis of this new manga mentions Minoru taking away Minami from the hospital.
