Hah, I remember this. It started out quite nice then turned into a beta-cuckfest with borderline rape without any good reason (there's an actual loli rape scene as well). Too bad the MC is such a beta-shit.
@kayback That change in direction completely ruined it. Sensible characters went into the trashcan, and even if it ends on a "happy" note, it's just feels bad. Especially knowing how things work in a doujin world.
