And it worked, it really worked. I still would like to add an egg, but... It simply worked and was very tasty. Breadcrumb port -- recommended! (And I was really tired, and this was really simple.)
Practically: fifteen minutes at 170 degrees centigrade works, if you have tenderized the port on BOTH sides. I also marinaded the port for a bit, and switched out the parsley for seven spice powder, but that's just because I cannot leave recipes alone.
