Artists have a tendency to draw crossdressing characters entirely differently, instead of having the exact same frame with different clothes on ... ^^

Wonder how everyone will react cuz tbh, dressing as a girl to seduce your romantic rival away from his fiancé so you can swoop in to date her is not really something that'll probably be looked on positively by Hanazono and others I imagine haha. But we will see. (I can actually see Ikegai-kun getting over it pretty quickly in his own goofy manner tho tbh)

I could see Hanazono and Ikegai reacting thus: The initial deception is too pathetic to be mad about; lying about it afterward would feel necessary to preserve their friendship. IIRC Hachiya abused his dual identity at least once, but I don't remember well enough if that'd be exposed immediately. They could feel less resentment than pity over Hachiya stressing over the charade.

Haha, really makes me wanna see it happen tbh. Just to see how it turns either goofy or a li'l pitiful and even sad. I think the more crucial points they'd recall are maybe the times Hachiya kissed Ikegai kun. Accident or otherwise. That's likely to cause some issues, and more minor likely but it could be made into something by the author is when Hanazono tried to set Hachiya up with himself.

I think the only one to take it in a possibly negative way might be Kyousuke. But I can also see him immediately turning around on it in a goofy way. Haha.

Let me guess about future drama:

Hanazono figure out that Maid Hachiya has feeling for her fiancé (She may think that's why Maid Hachiya cry when she's trying to pair her with her male version).

Hanazono then feel conflicted, but after long thinking, she decided to distant herself from Ikegai, willing to give up her fiancé for Maid Hachiya's sake.

Hachiya realizes the reason behind her action, feeling guilty as she's in pain, confess to her that he is Maid Hachiya, and she doesn't have to hide her pain anymore. Hanazono then says that she hates him right into his face.

Heart-broken, but knew that's the consequences for his action, Hachiya decide to move out to a different place, plan to be completely disappeared from his crush life.

Ikegai eventually realize that fact, still, he couldn't just let Hachiya go away like that (as Hachiya is the one who taught him what's love, it maybe fake but his feeling isn't). Ikegai then barely reach Hachiya before he moves out, screaming loudly: "I love you, Hachiya".

To be honest the BL tag on Ciao actually means “Boy’s Life” so it’s not exactly the same as Boy’s love.
