Some toothpaste/mouthwash do 'claim' to be like 24 hour protection or something like that but idk about an after taste about eating after having listerine or so versus cleansing ur mouth with a flavored drink after or so, might depend on how much bacteria builds up overnight i guess tho i don't rly get up to eat breakfast most days/eat that early (at the very least if ur going out to meet ppl i assume most would at least make sure their breath doesn't smell noticeable)

Might depend on ur day or how 'strong' the breakfast is if not at least rinsing/if there's food/gunk between ur teeth to floss, although even tho ppl say 'brush three times'/after meals but i can't imagine any teens during/after lunch would've gone outta their way b/c we def wouldn't have had enough space as well as time if we have to walk from one end of a building to next or so (tho i have seen some 'sol' office workers live actions/dramas where they do have like toothbrushes/brush in the bathroom and such)

I was confused at that. My father drilled into me for always eating breakfast. He told me to eat then breakfast which I assumed was always like that. However..... this is making me think more about this such as bathrooms in office works or schools...... My breakfast is mainly fruit or eggs

I mean as long as it's like "hey you got something in your teeth" every time you go out in the mornings or so or a dentist saying "you need to brush earlier" i think it should be fine. Might also depend on where you live b/c not everyone's having like donuts for breakfast even tho most of the local ones here all open early /close before noon (and i always think of that one meme chart comparing like donuts to like the cokes)

Tho considering 'dry' shampoo is a thing they prolly have some disposable things you can wipe across ur teeth if you don't have time before leaving, i know 'listerine' strips were a thing at some point (tho i'd always have to rinse with water afterwards personally to get the taste outta my mouth)

There was disposable tooth brushes once. I know it was like a finger wipe then throw it in the trash.

I eat donuts and pancakes for breakfast but I end up hungry in a few hours..... It's more of a pre-lunch snack to me. Though, the states do it like that

Yeah I’ve seen those for dogs too tho I imagine toothpaste is edible for them if not a finger brush being enough assuming they’re calm enough not to bite and can dispose of without them chewing on it and swallowing

a light breakfast might be ideal versus being weighed down tho
