Highly unlikely we go the Usagi Drop route. This manga is obviously inspired by The Angel Next Door, but instead with a little sister in the mix. Plus the MC has a bit more depth ig.

If it did go the Usagi Drop route I’d throughly enjoy it. I know people get uncomfortable with those types of stories but if they are executed right it makes a great read. Usagi Drop was executed horribly and was forced. A series with way better execution would be “If It’s For My Daughter I’d Even Defeat a Demon Lord”, one of my favorite LNs. I could rant about why that story isn’t as bad as people make it out to be (especially in comparison to Usagi Drop) but I feel like its pointless since most people are decided on the subject and won’t bother to read the story.
