My stance on the matter is always the same. Having the highest quality translation possible would be nice, but an average translation I can read now is better than a perfect one that will never be released.
So in this case, I don't really care it's machine translated, I didn't have realize at first and I appreciate the effort to give us more chapters.

Not only we get striked, but also we drama'd ourselves to cripple ourselves from getting unlicensed region locked titles translated. What a life

"Oh my god! I can't believe Emma's bare legs weren't censored! What kind of sick freaks are you people? You're all pedo's, etc, etc!"
In case you can't tell, I may have found the censorship drama just a little bit stupid.

Anyway! Neko-Charlotte, so cute!

Thanks for picking this one up! It's always been an enjoyable read between other stuff.

You don't need to pay too much attention to those certain crowds complaining. So long as the grammar itself in English is proper and such, I don't think anyone is going to judge you without good reason. I mean, if anyone can actually read the raws with enough skill to tell where you may have messed up due to MTL they're probably one of two types: a) genuinely telling you to help you improve or b) trying to be an arsehole, and can just be ignored. People generally won't take the effort to comment beyond that when it comes to language, and the former are by far more common.

Thankies for both this and Genkai!

Why'd i read all that at the end. Im for sure expecting emma to crashout, honestly its tpugh to already be a kid who's super attached to older siblings/acquiantances ontop of having to be in a new area and going to a new place that would isolate you from your sole pillars of normalcy, wish there was a better way we thought of as a society to make education not so initially stressful for a kif.
I mean this exists. It's why you're supposed to take children out from an early age and introduce them not just to friends and family but also other people around the area. There's also early pre-school (or it's equalivanet), but ultimately it's not going to be "easy" and honestly the stress is good for kids. At that young age development wise they still don't really have an understanding that the world "exists" beyond them. It's important for them to face difficulties in protected environments and learn how to overcome them in protected environments with help.

To Emma's credit, moving to a foreign country where you don't speak the language at all is DIFFICULT. I grew up a military child and that was hard enough on me and my siblings. I can't imagine moving countries that young. Speaking of protected environments, well that's a massive change and challenge on top of already a difficult stage of development. Still, it's really important that she engages with other kids her age and stops being so attached to two people. There's not really a non-stressful way to do that at this point. Really the fact that she could find an English speaking daycare is great. I know people who've moved their families to Japan and they've just had throw their kids headfirst into a local Japanese school or do home schooling (which misses out on a vital part of that stage of development; really the social skills you learn in school are more important than the academic skills). Maybe they got a translator in the classroom or were able to teach their kids some necessary Japanese (and at a young age children do still pick up languages faster).

It's not that simple, the issue with MTLs (and bad translations in general) is that if other groups end up looking for something to do and notice someone worked on it, even if it's of poor quality, they will most likely go for something else instead, leaving only the mediocre effort available.

And "just don't read lol" is such a ridiculously dismissive thing to say. Maybe people want to read, and maybe people want to read something translated correctly too.
They've clearly mentioned that it's MTL. If a group wanted to do proper TL's, they would 100% take over if they actually interested in it. It's stupid to think otherwise. No need to be a jackass

There isn't anything wrong with MTL if it's done under a good editor -- which this is. You're doing great work and I'm very grateful for these releases.
