Anti fasting propaganda. Not eating for 14 to 16 hours is fine and in fact healthy as long as you get in your calories and macros weekly. It's only problemactic if you fast for days at a time all the time.
I didn't know body stores something when starving? If it stores won't it die out? I thought when starving body or lover breaks down fat for glucose. Never heard of storing anything. What would it store extra anyway. If fasting goes crazy then it would burn out protein(this is when it's harmful) after burning out fat as far as I know. Am I wrong?
