[Mainsite] Chapters out of order within same volume. (Solved! Not a bug.)

New chapter placed itself out of order in the chapters list.

Usually this happens when the previous chapters weren't assigned a volume, but the new chapter has a volume number. However this time it's out of order within the same "No Volume" as the previous chapters.

When I finished reading chapter it was already fixed.

Not a bug, instead of putting 7 in the chapter number field they wrote Ch. 7 as the title, and since the ch num field was empty it was treated as a oneshot thus only showing the title
