[Mainsite] Creating new title, error code caused by pinned cover [Duplicate]

When pinning a cover while creating a new title:

We can't validate the title because of an error:

Because of this we need to edit the title just created to change the right cover and put the right language for each cover.

I edited my post.

Yes it's the same problem, but there is also the problem when MD for all the covers put their language to the default language of the title.
