Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a New Title. You don't have to publish it so just a dummy draft should do
2. Add some titles, synonyms, author, links all that so that draft can be successfully created.
3. Add a few covers
4. (accidentally) select one of the covers as main cover for the title
Expected Behavior:
The title creation errors out because you're not supposed to select a main cover: for newly created titles, the API will be automagically select a cover for the draft/title. This is by design
Actual Behavior:
The title creation errors out with a Cryptic Error Message
Suggestion:
A better alternative would be a more informative error message
