dude, it was not even his idea to make the many ears independent, what are you talking about?
also, it's not Iruma that changed the demon world from what they was before, we even have a movement to going back to origins.
I am pretty sure this is not an attack to the many ears, this is a direct attack to Iruma because he exploited theirs plans and is a rising star

It's the fact that he perpetuated an unrealistic idea without even knowing or understanding much about the many-ears and the Netherworld overall. I don't remember a chapter where he analysed the structure of the Netherworld or anything.
