It's worth noting that in-universe, Iruma is very strong, especially for his age. The only reason he seems weak to you is because he's constantly surrounded by characters that are on the end of the spectrum when it comes to strength. He and Alice are both rank 5 as second years, almost assuredly amongst the most skilled students at school. Even just last chapter, his arrow breaking through the barrier of someone THREE ranks higher than him is meant to be an insane display of strength. If you're looking for something much more bombastic than that at this point, I feel like you're not really following the logic of the story at all.

thats just theory at this point with no real evidence to back it up sadly. I am also one hundred percent agreeing with you mind you, as i have been theorizing iruma was some kind of reincarnation of delkira since the first time delkira was shown. but sadly we dont have enough evidence to say that with certainty at this point.

Oh dear. This was all a false flag. Narnia didn't expect Amy to be left unchallenged.

Either Iruma had his Scala interrupted, and thus failed, this would have led to a rift in the 13 Crowns between Iruma's supporters and Narnia (and Baal). And since the authority of the Crowns is supposed to be absolute, this would have led to a split that would have caused a civil war that would have gotten Baal's goal of destroying the peace of Delkira's council, which is what he wanted.

Or, Iruma would have had support from Mephisto who would have undermined Amy's authority, thus making him believe Narnia's warning, thus giving him unwavering support for Narnia (and Baal) if only because of the "threat" that Iruma possesses. And, thus, make him a new pawn to control, which can also still lead to civil war. And a scapegoat in the case that Amy just so "happens" to kill Iruma.

yeah, assuming this will continue as long as naruto or one piece, shonen manga I read usually end in 300-400 chapters, this one is already on 367th however nothing major really happened, what if the publisher decide to limit the chapters and tell the author to speed things up, I'm afraid it won't end well just like aot and mha, or even worse

hence my point to power up iruma already or give him fierce battle to his limit then power up

Personally, I think that Sullivan was looking for Delkira's heir more than his reincarnation. Remember back during the Hunting festival that it's implied that Delkira was looking for the most undemon like demon to become king in his place.

I could imagine maybe Iruma's ancestor met Delkira in the past and that's how Iruma's parents found a working summoning seal, or Sullivan scouring the Earth for the most greedy human who represented Delkira's vision.
