We've been told that members of the 3 heroes' clans have been defending the demon world from something.

And Henri has mentioned before, to Iruma that he's repatriated humans to their own world. So there are borders there.

Okay, pulling out the ultimate move of using Delkira's authority to get Amy to withdraw? Henri saved Claw Platoon from being turned into bloody chunklets by Mephisto.

But something tells me that this pulling of rank of the highest order is still going to have ramifications in sowing discourse in the 13 Crowns, which Baal and the 6 Fingers are gonna take full advantage of.

The whole political and physical geography of the demon world has always been pretty hazy. Are there strong internal borders? Is there a clear border between the demon world and the human world? There's some sort of war front that General Furfur was fighting at. Who were they at war against? And suddenly we find out that there are Gods that rank over the 13 Crowns? Where did they come from?

I know most of the story is at school, and that all this political stuff only lightly touches what happens there, but considering how much the outside world is getting involved with Iruma, you would think that he would want to know more about it.

In our boy's defense, up until the last 2/3rds of the year, he was doing his damndest to a) survive and b) not draw attention to himself in order to be successful at a).

In the real world, even older teens have to REALLY FIGHT to learn more than just the cursory view of current events that they may see in passing on the news. Heaven help 'em if they want to learn something that their country or school system finds inconvenient. There are current examples all over the world of entire nations' curriculums being altered to suit the political landscape.

Internally: Demons is originally a being who seek chaos and love to do chaos, so maybe to protect the balance or peace there is a need for a law enforcement.
Externally: demon isnt the only being who live in netherworld and there is a hint that they isnt the original race who thrive there, so maybe one of the race is a hostile toward them.

I don't think we can totally assume that the Delkira crest was sent by Henri. We can't say for sure that Kimaris is not a double-agent. Henri might have sent the order, but the crest might have been appended on there as a signal from Amy and Kimaris's bosses that Amy needed to stand down for whatever reason. Or it may have been exactly what it appeared to be with Henri sending orders that Amy could not refuse. The whole interaction felt a bit vague.

It is still weird to me that we had all this build up of how basically untouchable the 13 crowns are especially in their territories or points of authority.

This does get me thinking about the rest of the world as a whole like how much if at all do the humans know about the demons and if there's a heaven, angles, ect....

Both.
He truly think that society right now is good enough and trying to change it would be detrimental to lot of people.
His superior know what's right and wrong and he need to listen to them.
And there must have hierarchy, weak demons must stay weak. It's a sad reality but a necessary one.

And in before "it's dumb" we see that with today society where some people agree that it's not perfect but we shouldn't try to modify it's flaws because it'll be too chaotic. And will fight and spend more time and money to not change the system. It's just a question of perspective.

If anyone is curious, Delkira's Crest once made an appearance in Chapter 220 when The Misfits measured their abilities using a machine that dispenses sheets with their data. When Iruma used it, his sheet was [REDACTED] with presumably Delkira's Crest on it.
