It made me ponder that it has been this long in the manga, that I completely forgot that there could be a way to go back to the human world, even though Iruma himself said that he's fine staying in the Netherworld, and lo and behold, he DID go back to the human world (apparently, we'll have to wait and see), and this reaction is...

Expected? Unexpected? Maybe both, but it clearly looks like he isn't happy about it.

I guess he doesn't have many happy memories of the human world, his parents sucked and they seemed to leave him in the worst places, a lot of flashbacks make it seem like he wasn't even in cities, the one exception being when he worked for a mangaka.

I am guess the people his parents left him with generally weren't the nicest either considering his panic, but i doubt Iruma is the one kind human, i bet they will find the mangaka behind Ameri's favorite manga...honestly, i expect said mangaka to have gone to the Demon Realm or know demons if only because their work ended up on the Demon Realm somehow.

I think Ameri's father said something about meeting a human before to Iruma, though he had to take their memories of the demon world away...maybe they will meet that human and he or she never lost their memories and they just assumed so?

the devidol arcs and clara's evil cycle are fairly separated from any semblance of a "main story", but they're still integral to this manga.
