It made me ponder that it has been this long in the manga, that I completely forgot that there could be a way to go back to the human world, even though Iruma himself said that he's fine staying in the Netherworld, and lo and behold, he DID go back to the human world (apparently, we'll have to wait and see), and this reaction is...

Expected? Unexpected? Maybe both, but it clearly looks like he isn't happy about it.
Again, now we wait...

Ameri greatly suspects him to be human. She doesn't know for certain.

I think she established him to be human when she discovered he could read the forbidden books (i.e. "First Love Memory") in chapter 11. She also decided that she could not sure he was human, because if she did, she would need to report him.

I guess he doesn't have many happy memories of the human world, his parents sucked and they seemed to leave him in the worst places, a lot of flashbacks make it seem like he wasn't even in cities, the one exception being when he worked for a mangaka.

I am guess the people his parents left him with generally weren't the nicest either considering his panic, but i doubt Iruma is the one kind human, i bet they will find the mangaka behind Ameri's favorite manga...honestly, i expect said mangaka to have gone to the Demon Realm or know demons if only because their work ended up on the Demon Realm somehow.

I think Ameri's father said something about meeting a human before to Iruma, though he had to take their memories of the demon world away...maybe they will meet that human and he or she never lost their memories and they just assumed so?

I agree, he didn't seem to have friends in human world, he was only working to pay for his parent's debts. There is nothing for him in the human world, compared to the Netherworld, where he is the young king of the harvest festival and stuff.

There were people speculating Ameri's mother might be human, I guess we will discover this now.
