Are people seriously surprised by Ali being Delkira?
Derkila=Alikred
Break down Delkira

De ru ki ra

Rearrange a bit, swap some vowels

Du re ku ri a (adds in a vowel because Japanese words all end with a vowel. or n, for some reason)
A ri ku re du
People are going to lose their shit when they discover that Delkira is basically a botched way to say Dracula in japanese (Derurika, Dorakiura)

I am a bit disappointed we didn't get a human world arc with the two
Don't lose hope. Now we know how to access the human world. We have to wait for the Dora Iruma the Explorer Arc.

It look like a good moment for Iruma to process his current situation, and to reveal to Alice and Clara (and Ameri, if she is not yet sure about it) that he is human.

Just as Lucifer was cast out of heaven for rebelling against God, Iruma rebelled against his humanity and returned to the underworld. I believe that if Iruma is sent to the human world, it would be due to a ploy by one of the villains (probably Narnia), since, as we saw in this arc, that is his greatest fear. In any case we need to see Iruma as a demon again, he looks too cool to be a one time thing

I don’t remember any character with wings like that feathered and on their upper back instead of the lower back like most demons. So it might be more like fallen angels, just with human.
If anyone remembers a character with wings like that, let me know, because I find this detail interesting.

So like a lot have guessed the ring is connected to Delkira. The question is; is he sealed inside it, is just a part of him inside it, or is it just an artifact he enchanted?
Personally I think Iruma is Delkira reborn, before leaving for what I assume is the human world, he left his power behind as Ali, and the only one he confided was Gramps.
Delkira decided to become Human, reborn as Iruma, iruma having a demon soul is pretty naive to human manipulation, so we end up with the so manipulated Iruma from the beginning, Gramps went for him and prepared his ring on their first examn in Babylis so he could get accoustumed to his own power gradually to eventually this point where Iruma is slowly inegrating Ali within himself.

Rather than the ring Ali being Delkira, I'm banking on the ring being the demonic half of Delkira. As in he sealed away a part of himself, so he could truly become human. And Iruma is his direct descendant. Most of the horrible humans, like his parents, are probably his descendants. Like in Rokudo, in which all the delinquents are direct descendants of oni.

Some thoughts:
1) what do you mean "he knows the incantation"? I don't remember him using "Loki" before, the only other verbal transformation spells he had said before were "cherusil" and "quartz quartz".

Though it does bring back to mind how the spells in this series build on each other as a foundation for more powerful spells, like how "cherusil" (transformation) and "quan quan" (reflects the user's personality) serve as a foundation for "quartz quartz"

(Reading this out loud sounds like I'm being censored)

2) Ali became Delkira! This... isn't as surprising as finding out how many folks here still on the fence about that, I had thought that big question here was "Does Ali know/remember he is Delkira" and maybe this chapter is hinting that he's starting to (maybe?)

3) Iruma becoming more of a demon. We've seen this a lot now, but what's really fun are the feathers. Iruma is really tied to dark feathers since his 'evil cycle" manifested, which is interesting because the trasformation magic Iruma's learned and the power of the magic is very tied to him (desire and personality) rather than the power he gets from Sullivan.

So it's possible that the demon form he takes here isn't what he imagines himself to be, it's the form that reflects Iruma the most (which lends more to his connection to Delkira cause the shape of their horns are similar).

Do I think it's permanent? No, not really, the spell is called "Loki". The names and characters from this series have referenced traits from their namesake/source, so It could just be a more tangible transformation (whatever that could mean) that's temporary.

But I could be absolutely wrong (not the first time) and there might be permanent changes in the next chapter! Either way, the implcations are:
-Delkira transformed into a human and became iruma's parent.
-The mind and power of Delkira are in the ring, and iruma is his body transformed into a baby and grew up in the human world.
