Wow, so pretty much everyone's family was involved one way or another in helping her give birth. So if that's the case then how did they keep humans a secret unless they mind-wiped them afterwards?
And yeah, not going to go well since they don't even have a concept of the way humans are born.
I mean, it’s still pretty secret from what I can see, limited to only particularly high-ranking figures. And we know this
does go badly based on Henri saying that the bit with him hugging pregnant Merize was the last happy part of the story, so I kinda feel like this is gonna go
so badly that everyone involved unanimously decides to take the secret to their graves, or maybe even just
dies.
I’m thinking maybe the plan to block their sense of smell won’t work properly, and it sends the demons delivering Ameri into a frenzy, and it’s possible that they might end up needing to be killed to protect her. I can’t remember for sure, but I think one of them said the scent of human blood drives demons back into their former properly
evil evil ways, even more than the wicked cycle, so that probably happens and makes it turn into a big cover up. Meanwhile, Kallego and Narnia’s dad probably either wants to take demons back to those ways, or it’ll turn out he wants the exact opposite, and he wants to make sure no one ever even entertains the idea of trying to interact with humans ever again, doing what his job as the head of demon border control requires. So yeah, he might actually
intentionally sabotage it to turn out like that from behind the scenes.
But yeah. Now that I’ve written that down, I don’t remember if any of that is actually new ideas, or if I’ve just written down stuff they’ve already said outright and I just forgot. Either way though, that’s my theory for why information on all this will end up being buried.
