What a twist! it's now official, the deportation arc is coming. I don't think there'll be any turning back; from now on, the manga could take a much more serious turn.
Narnia mortally wounded Shiida to force Iruma to use his human blood to heal her, thus effectively exposing his humanity. What will happen now?
As others have said, will Iruma's arrest be kept secret or will it become public? Given how famous Iruma has become, I doubt they can keep it a secret, especially since I believe Narnia is determined to make it public.
Will Iruma be deported alone? Or could Ameri suffer the same fate?
If Iruma is sent back to the human world, I suspect there will be some chapters that focus on him being sad and alone in the human world. Perhaps he'll meet the mangaka and discover she's Merize, and this could push him to find a way back to the demon world, who knows, perhaps by trying to summon Kalego as his familiar

Fucking Narnia. I wasn't expecting Demon Border patrol to get involved already, i was thinking that would happen when Iruma hit rank 7. I really wanted Balam to kick Narnia so hard he flew out if the school.

To be fair, even if it’s called the Iruma Deportation Arc, we still don’t know what exactly is going to go down. There is a genuine possibility that this arc is concluded by Iruma turning into a demon again but for realz this time.

Even if he does get sent back to the human world… I suspect we are still a good ways from the end. Especially considering Iruma still hasn’t even gotten Rank 6

Also, as for going fast, it’s been set up that shits about to go down for a hot minute. Especially with the stuff with the magic-door and Sullivans moroseness.

Thank God, as much as I like this series sometimes it really reminds me of the shonen animes I grew up with how much filler there is. I am stoked to see the story actually moving forward.

Damn! The plot has thickened in an instant. After reading some of the comments, we can already assume this border patrol agent is Narnia. Plus I really do hope this makes Shida completely break from the 5 fingers and join Iruma. Afterall I doubt Narnia, allied with Baal, doesn't know he is the leader of the 5 Fingers and still attacked one of them. Now that he saved her. I know they deport humans but Iruma seems to be a unique case with his many contributions to the demon world, this may change how they'll view him. Who knows there maybe some ancient law that could allow him to stay. Or if he returns to the human world with Ali we may finally have a confirmation of his relationship is to Delkira.

Instead the author seems to be rushing forward a little bit....

I think here makes sense given Iruma and Amelie's experience with the gate as well as Merize being on Henri's mind. They can't dance around Iruma being a human forever, it's been ramping up for years.
