The Vice Chancellor wants the top job.

(Jokes found its way back.
When the situation is so dark the only jokes left are Holocaust jokes)

Edit: Why does someone who likes the moustache man read what amounts to Hazbin Hotel for kids?

People really going "Ugh, why is the princess so stupid trusting this guy just cause he saved her once," when we were explicitly told they have tea parties like weekly for him to groom her into trusting him and talk about all sorts of topics to present a (fake) view of his beliefs and values, undoubtedly to make him look like he'd be a perfect Demon King.

Princess Shura really shouldn't have all this authority and be this naive lmao. It's like watching a toddler hand over the keys to the entire world. I mean I don't even feel like Baal's machinations are that impressive because all he had to do was save her ONE TIME in a public display. Heck Iruma was just as responsible for her being saved. Regardless if this goes through then we have our next arc or potentially even long term conflict that'll be resolved with the series ending. Baal has stepped out of the shadows and is making is play. This is also a really good parallel because before it had been presented that the next demon king lied with the future of the demons & their children. That it would be someone (I mean we know Iruma but after the three greats prosped plan just "someone") who was a young mind with fresh ideas about how to best improve the demon world for the future. It's kinda like the best ideal for where you want future leadership to come from. Even in our world politicians are largely past retirement age (in the USA they hold office until they die) and focused on maintaining the status quo and benefiting themselves. Baal isn't nearly that old but he conspired, colluded, and made plans that he could wrestle control and do whatever he wanted. I hope someone points out the hypocrisy to Princess Shura of Baal complaining about the three greats having immunity and then giving that power to a single person. Three rulers making decisions together sounds like a lot less dangerous and open for abuse than one person having even more power. So how that power is obtained should really really matter and it can't just be because some naive little girl calling someone below her "sama" (which is a lot of alarm bells) is doing what that person said like she is actually at a tea party playing princess. Her being groomed is dangerous, but her having this much authority despite being this weak willed and ignorant is even more so. Like jeesus. Why weren't the three greats at least giving her a basic education? Elementary school students could spot how sus this all is and how bad it'd be for the demon world a mile away.

Not just this chapter, but his long game
The only thing he really did that was a success for his long game was the staged rescue for the God girl and that's more on her being naive than his plan being genius IMO.

Why weren't the three greats at least giving her a basic education?
She has her own parents and they probably just don't think anyone would be a threat or even dare mess with them.

Please use newlines.

Edit: I can't bring myself to actually read it, but I scanned, and didn't see a single comma.

It's just spaces, periods and apostrophes.

In all that there's not one new paragraph, colon, semicolon parenthetical, or use of double or single quotes.

This is what happens when you learn formatting from autocorrect, or only rely on autocorrect.

Guys. We needed Baal dead like yesterday.

I was telling my friends about this current arc and I said it feels like Nishi planned it to overlap with the current anime season release as a fucked up apology for putting us through this. And I stand by that. I need the the next anime episode immediately, I need to see my littles guys get white girl wasted and forget about the trauma I'm going through with the manga </3
WAIT FUCK WAIT I FORGOT ABOUT THE OPERA PART OF THE EPISODE MY HEART OH MY HEART LULLED INTO A FALSE SENSE OF SECURITY AND THEN GUT PUNCHED

That explains all the shuffling of happy filler to fit into this season.

Incidentally, always fun to see the changes to lower the target age of the anime to it being the Japanese Owl House, but without the reason for the artist to cancel.

I can see Baal saying no to the position as king but wanting to take sullivans spot but we also know that the demon king can shape the world to his whims and he wants the old demon world back. What we don't yet know is if the role is powerfull enough to affect the minds of the demons. If yes, Iruma could be all on his own soon. Maybe only the other half human won't be controlled if that is the case.
The way princess shura was introduced it makes me think she is a higher being than demons like an angel or a god but she could also be delkiras sister or daugther. Although I think the role as demonlord is as I said before is not a role awarded to a clan or a family if it was by delkiras decree though they might have complied. I mean child emperor stuff isn't new but normally they at least have an advisor that keeps them in check.
Since Baals plan is so dependant on Sullivan adopting a human I have to think that maybe delkiras disappearance might be by his design as well. Whatever happened to him maybe only a human can help and Sullivan was ready to do anything for his liege.

...you need to read from the start, again.
Tons of your "if" and "maybe" were addressed directly.
For instance, Princess Shura is a deity.
Derkila left. He wasn't spirited away or anything. He went to the human world, based on all evidence.

If this is your first language, you need to study it.
If it's not, keep up the good work, because I understood most of it.

Does anyone under 30 have any critical thinking skills or cognitive reasoning?
