I continue to love this series, but this chapter was a little bit hard to follow. It was clearer on a reread and I think most of the issue is was due to the multiple time skips and a few sections that are deliberately ambiguous, but there were also a couple of sections where it felt like the speech bubbles weren't in the proper order or there was a typo.
With that said, starting on Pg. 25 things go back to being confusing. Specifically, "And this isn't our primary goal," "but grab the merchandise the boss wants." "... what about keeping little brother-kun safe?" As is, the first two parts feel a bit disjoint and disconnected from the preceding dialogue. That could just be down to an strenuous 'And' at the start, making it sound like there's something missing, but the absence of a clear main objective is also part of the problem, since both the cops and the retrieval could conceivably be secondary objectives and the 'and' makes things ambiguous. The other issue is that they talk about "the merchandise the boss wants" and "little brother-kun" as if they're separate things, but I thought "little brother-kun" was the merchandise that Iruma wanted and he certainly seems to be the center piece of the auction.
The top two panels of Pg. 7 feel like they should be read left to right. If nothing else, they come off as more jumbled and disconnected when going right to left.
On Pg. 24 the bids go from 300 Million to 360 Million to 80 Million. There's probably a 3 missing from that last one.
OHHHH IM DEVASTATED THE WAY OPERAS EYES LIT UP W HOPE AND LIFE THE MOMENT IRUMA APPEARS i fr cant wait for the next chapter ohhhhhhh i need iruma and opera to hug please im still weeping and grieving over the "im afraid to trust you" scene
I think I see Amarylis, Elizabetta, and def. Atori
The six fingers are def involved but I'm curious as to how the rest of the misfits will be involved. Fun that the teachers are all mafia associates though, Balam in the latest chapters was amazing~

Has any other spin-off had an outstanding start like this one? I can't remember, tbh.
Hiroja-sensei keeps cooking in each chapter. I'm really glad this is monthly.
Amu-chan-sama lives! Hope she appears more in the future.
I don't know if those cops on pages 6 and 7 are just random guys, but the paneling may indicate otherwise.
The woman on page 25 may be Elizabetta, due to her long hair.
The only thing I want to complain about is that the manga team needs to take notes of nowadays cartels and their equipment, because going to confront an enemy organization(/-s) without even bulletproof vests and only with pistols is just beyond me.
This is also a world where Kaglio can reasonably expect Iruma to dodge bullets fired from a couple of feet away, to the point where the assumption is Iruma had to actively let them hit. Similarly, this is a world where Clara is coming in with a mace and Opera is completely unarmed and they're probably two of the most dangerous combatants in that room.
Tysm, Waffleidle!
I'm so excited for the Iruma Army to really unite at last! I wonder whether we'll get to see the other misfits soon, and if we will, who will be the first one to appear. Maybe Sabro or Kerori?
