I’m feeling pretty underwhelmed with this playing out pretty much exactly like the main universe so far, but I wonder how it would feel to read this without having read the normal iruma-kun first. Would this feel like a cool twist or would it come completely out of nowhere?

The bombs would be a neat twist, same as the dudes suicidal tendencies and his uh... Interest in certain human expressions, but being foreshadowed as an eastern org's heir and asking for the guards to step out is a red flag.

Something was going to happen, we all knew. Exactly what and how is where the fun parts of cliche appear.

I wouldn’t say it played out exactly like the main universe. The reveal felt forced. They had to get rid of Azz and Clara somehow so they just made him ask them to gtfo. I’m also underwhelmed.
