Wow. That's really offensive.Hey so, I obviously don't have personal experience with EDS and dysgraphia, but you can definitely do all of that and more!
I had a friend with EDS, and yet she was in the soccer team and was the most athletic girl in class. Put in mind that it's not easy, without pain, something you can do quickly or without the help of a professional, but you can definitely do many types of exercise. There's an article I found about this https://share.google/NAI5e08xpQTBw45j1
And for dysgraphia I'll say pretty much the same again lol. You definitely can learn how to draw (although that is more difficult, as far as I'm aware) but you can also learn how to paint! You could also do other art mediums, such as writing, singing, knitting, etc. Also, did you know Agatha Christie and Cher (a singer) both have dysgraphia? ✧◝( ⁰▿⁰ )◜✧ I also found a group on Facebook of artists with dysgraphia https://share.google/HmKpBAVSFKu0i30qP
Another example is Frida Kahlo. She was an artist, who slowly lost all movement in her body, but she never stopped painting. Towards the end of her life she painted with her mouth (◕ᴗ◕✿) personally, I think she shows that nothing is impossible. Don't give up so easily dude, the road may be treacherous and full of rocks, but you can do it, I believe in you ;D
Ps. Also, have more confindence! I'm sure you'll find someone some day
I literally can't draw a circle. Writing my name hurts.
My body has been destroyed over the past 44 years. My joints are made of fragile scar tissue.
I have arthritis in every joint.
I don't want to find someone. I don't want to replace my personality so I can date someone.
I am a decent person on my own. I don't like the person I am when dating, so I don't date.
Your toxic optimism isn't good for anyone.
Other forms of art? Yeah. I enjoy sculpting, landscaping, making music, luthiery (crossover between the utilitarian and creative. Interesting dynamic).
Thing is, those aren't drawing, which I can't do, because I have the grasp of 2D of a 5yo. Nothing has changed in 39 years. 16 years of doing my best to improve, nothing happening but pain, and then cope. Subtractive (scratch work) is better, but not by much.
"Here's anecdotal evidence that this is possible for some." Whoopdie shit.
My hip won't stay in the socket and I can't write for more than a couple minutes before I'm in agony.
Did you even know that dysgraphia hurts? Physical pain.
Stitches tear through my skin, so I have to use super glue and shit. I don't even bother going to the doctor for a cut unless I'm concerned about infection, because all they can do is clean and bandage it.
When they heal, the scars are shitty, reopen easily, and generally hurt for years.
Don't come at me with your bootstraps
