I like the idea of table manners as a way of revealing the character of a demon. It completely changes what essentially was a running gag all this time of Iruma always asking for more while surrounded by stacks of emptied plates. It's kind of chilling actually.

It’s probably due to his misfortunate life. All those years of putting others before himself had caused him to bottle up his greed to the point it’s bottomless.
