They say that they're doing this to bring them down a peg because they're getting too high and mighty and egotistical and whatnot.

But it's baseless rumors that the teachers heard and didn't bother to confirm.

In my opinion, considering the way the school has done everything so far, they don't do things they don't think the students can succeed in, so they've clearly taken into account the fact that one of the teachers has a bow, and went through with it anyway, because they'd have just not allowed robin to participate if they didn't think it'd be possible. There is also the expectations the school has of the msifits, but it's really not that bad in my opinion, the expectations are pretty deserved when you look at their track record.
