Don't worry. Much like every other character who has been significant for an arc, they might not be in the spotlight as much, but they haven't been forgotten, either.

It's probably because he's already Dalet. Azz had to hold off a teacher in combat on his own for 20 minutes to get to He. It seems like ranks do not increase linearly.

I think it might have been because 1] Caim didn't last as long, 2] he was mostly just using his body as a shield near the end or she was distracted by Kalego-Caim, and 3] Azz did it alone while fighting with only his flames
