man Callego's excuse was dumb and cowardly, but our man Iruma is protected by everyone
I mean if I was Callego I would've probably done the same, like, what he said was really good advice; it could also mean "the world doesn't always match your plans" or something like that....

I like how Iruma being unable to say no to anyone that asks for help has looped back around and has now helped him.

A bit of a Deus Ex Machina but okay.

I still like that "evil" Iruma isn't evil but just really self-confident. Like he still respects those that help him and isn't really selfish. Like he doesn't do anything that would qualify as greedy, manipulative or with the intention of destroying stuff. He just is honest from square one with his intentions and is actively just trying to make the lives of the "different" students better.
It seems like the personality inversion

I have l to agree.

The personality inversion obviously makes him more self confident, but I also suspect that the evil-cycle itself makes him commit the most heinous crime Iruma considers wicked: delegating work to others.

Normal Iruma is the perfect servant, always willing to take on and complete any task bestowed upon him.
Evil Iruma is a natural born leader, overflowing with confidence, drive, and an excellent ability to organize a group.
