@Red225 It seems Sauro has sort of found a compromise in his believes here. He knows this is Arsenio and sees him as being free of sin now from being a monster. But the being a woman part, he has no clue whether Arsenio purposefully turned female from some monster instincts or whether it's some unknown trail set before him.
