I finally got around to reading this, and wow yeah, I can totally see why the first oneshot is so popular. This one is easily just as good, and because I'm a sap who loves overly sentimental moments, I think I liked it even more.

Also, to everyone who worked on this, you did an awesome, awesome job. The characters feel really alive and their personalities shine through very clearly. The font choices and SFX are all really impactful as well. Both one-shots were a pleasure to read, both because of the content itself, and because of how it was scanlated.
