The number gets blurry after reaching a certain amount, so I suppose the ”100” just means it’s on the hundred level, which means it can be expressed with a three digit number.

Uh…it is used in some languages, I know that much, but the phrase used here likely just means the clover they need has to have at least 100, and because of randomness any amount will do.

I’m pretty sure the Mangaka knows what he’s doing, and I’d wager that the plant just needs the amount of leaves to be in the hundreds or something. He drew all of these lines after all.
