Should have seen this coming…
I might be imagining things, but this kind of art style never not go dark as far as I can remember… that, or other kind of art style never leave as much impact for me to remember when they did the same thing. I had some inkling dreaded from it, but the gag from first chapters completely fooled me to let my guard down
