This chapter so far has been really neat! The art style is still as great as ever, and I see that they still care about each other so much!
*Rea wanted Shien to stay, but when Shien made up her mind, she didn’t comment any further.
*Shien was going to leave, but she couldn’t help but look back and felt her sadness, so she stayed a few minutes more.
*Rea had been collecting money for an unknown forgotten purpose all the time, but she’d been willing to give it all away for Shien’s sake.
*Shien figured that Rea can solve their financial problems either by taking her money offer or giving her memories of alchemy back, but she declined the money, and only give her the memories after Rea’s personal agreement.

Also that multiple panel close-up shot of the 500 yen coin maneuver to represent their deal is just brilliant! And just so beautiful!

One thing I noticed is that Rea didn’t recognize Tama in the various times she saw her face, but when Shien came along, she claimed that she had the “we’ve met long ago” feeling since they first met, even though Tama is the one who remembers her the clearest among the witches, while Shien is just “indifferent” towards things.

Perhaps … she’s the ship for Shien in this story, while Mode is for Tama, 🤔 maybe…
