Big Bad Evil Guy, though I doubt that's true in this case. She's quite rude, but she's giving actual advice to Mode and Shien. She probably wants to avoid another witch hunt, rather than just being eeeevil for eeeevil's sake.

You've got a point that she isn't quite evil per se, but her attitude also goes beyond mere rudeness. I'd say it's a very contemporary attitude, especially when contrasted with Shien - a mix of callousness and indifference towards others.
If I were to be romantic about it, I'd say Shien represents the time when man and nature were intertwined, which gave people maybe not reverence, but at least a certain respect for life. This bitch witch however feels like a product of the time when man overtook nature and established his own primacy. She treats life like something beneath notice at best, or something to freely change or exterminate at worst, just to make way for her. It's an interesting conflict, but for me, at least for now, she's just asking to be hit in the face with a shovel.

With the vaping, disrespect towards nature and older men (and just other people in general so you can call that selfishness), lack of patience, struggling between work and leisure and paying off bills, just shows a contrast between her and Shien, who is although lazy and laid-back as she is, still trying her best for others that she cared about and competent enough when needed to.

With how things went, I suspect when those two met, Shien wouldn’t really give that much attention to her. I don’t think she really cherishes what she had on herself anyway. Nowadays she seems to be living for her growing witch family with Tama, Mode and Rea rather than doing much for herself.

Also that Queen Bee is just having the worst day of her life…the fear and sadness is so real here, but she still helped Mode hold up her hat when they all got yeeted out the window!

I was about 60/40 about whether it was a vape or some sort of cigarette device (I didn't know they had such a fancy name), personally I'm still not sure, I guess we'll just need to see this witch make many more appearances with her thing to know for sure oh no how awful.
