@xyzzy There were two opportunities for this in the chapter. When the guy at the restaurant thought "Witches?" when Kyouko and Mikage were eating, I just took that to mean he thought it was weird that they were dressed up. Then, for Kyouko's client, I took that to mean that he's figured it out that when he was a kid that Kyouko wasn't simply dressed up.

Basically, I don't think that knowledge of witches is common. Everything through this series so far, I believe, has led me to the conclusion that witches do try to hide their existence.
