Great chapter, I think the great demon king's decision making is sound and makes sense given the circumstances, he's prioritizing positioning and organization of his own troops to avoid casualties on his side while gauging the enemies capabilities. I'm also really curious as to who is the papa of the earliers DKs (earth guy or GDK ice guy?).

I have to admit, hearing that the thing would use 'that thing' while knowing this series usual antics made me much more giddy than I expected, it looks like a very powerful magical cage, so I wonder what exactly it was made for (locking up a unbeatable threat maybe?), how it works and exactly how powerful it is. Given what we've seen so far my bet is that it'll fail.

I'm also really curious as to where the series is going with the story considering the weight this arc actually has, the stakes and threat level have risen so high that I wonder if we can go to the usual adventure antics after this, or if it'll set up to a finale. I can see either happening, but I'll be sad if this series ends after 1 or 2 arcs, there's nothing like it. But that'll depend on the author's plans and how far he wants to go with the story (market and editing pressure as well, but no way to know how that is going).

If in the end there's a development of peace with the demons, I'm really curious as what type of people the demons, specially the DKs actually are, I can't tell exactly why, but I expect the great DK to be a very quirky character as well.
