He probably considered James an overly serious man, too serious for his own or the kingdom's good, and made fun of him by giving him such an outrageous vase, perhaps in hopes of such a gift finally shaking James awake at least a little bit. It didn't.

Shouldn't it be 'any unresolved requests' or 'any requests unresolved' on the 4th page (the receptionist page)? Because I just can't understand, why'd anyone not leave the resolved requests be.
