Read this while keeping in mind that MC is a robot (a very autistic robot). Story is mostly about the girls. He is just there to comment and to get dragged around by them (he has no will). Existence of the romance tag in the title is not related to him at all. And for good reason considering all the girls who comes in to the story had MASSIVE affection for their respective love interests (who rejected them). It would make no sense for any of them to fall in love with him and they don't (not that he would understand anyway).

This is true for the first three LN volumes or so (maybe 45-50 manga chapters at current pacing). It is certainly not true currently, and it's kinda hazy what he does and doesn't get in between. V6 has him very specifically state that he can't keep pretending not to understand that at least one (and possibly more) of the girls has an interest in him and that the time he's spent with them one-on-one isn't entirely based on pure friendship.

Well, author had to make him somewhat understand after all the shit girls pull around him at this point. Even than shit is still vegue even after the fucking date in aquarium and people literally stalking him around of which he still doesn't see anything wrong with or gets weirded out. (yeah i dislike yanami a lot). Otherwise he would be considered a clinical case with his denseness. Regardless though, story doesn't have much to hold audiences since it takes shit loads of time to get anywhere. I like slow burn as much as the next guy but this is kinda overkill. It's just yet another discount oregairu with a different approach but ends up being pretty boring.

小鞠知花 is just her name (Komari Chika), so it's just "Komari Chika was watching" and it just means she was right outside the club room while Nukumizu and Yanami were having that brief conversation on chapter 13.

Nobody's blushing in that exchange and I love it. I can't believe I'm enjoying zero romantic tension from a scene in what appears to be a romcom on the surface, but here I am. Funny how the other two girls are trying to play wing girls on a misunderstanding. Anna and Kazuhiko are barely friends, and these two think they've got something going on?

Now don't ruin my moment and confess your love to her or something. Up to this point I never believed Kazuhiko was actually in love with Anna, so a confession would blindside me as an asspull. This is just bait, right? I'd rather see something funny...
