I was thinking the same thing! The "losing heroine" is only decided at the penultimate episode (because older manga are terrified of showing the actual relationship, grrrr) so if he succeeds and makes the losing heroine win... Then the Tsundere will be the losing heroine!



I'd like to see that pairing, too. Although the "MC" is too dense to recognize how delightful our losing heroine is, so she'd really be better off with our MC instead. Hmmm...

I just re-read chapter one and there’s no indication Takabi is Ei-kun’s fiancée. Then in this chapter she is, but it‘s only revealed in passing.

I think Ei-kun made marriage pacts with both Takabi and Kawashima as a child but it was not made clear at all last chapter, and now suddenly Takabi is engaged to Ei-kun and living with him too? wtf?

Kimura is trying to be a good wingman and remain neutral, but at the rate he's going, he's going to unintentionally charm the heroines and derail the story into him being the MC.

On a side note, some of the facial expressions just made me laugh
