Make Manga comments more noticeable [Implemented]

The current position of comments icon is so small that it goes unnoticed very easily. Make it easier to notice so people are motivated to comment more about the manga in general.
it‘ll be good if you place it right beside the [chapters | Arts] selection tab.

currently ther is a 'chapters | art' area i think it should be changed to 'chapters | art | comments' allowing users to add their 2cents to the manga in question. maybe allow people to mark their comments as 'reviews' if they want to give a review or if they just want to comment on the most recent chapter or how the plot is going so far then allow users the option to filter for only reviews or filter them out

Good idea, but you might have to create multiple threads to explain your multiple suggestions.

There already is technically a Comments link: it's the tiny speech bubble icon next to the ratings and bookmark count.

It doesn't exactly stand out, to be fair
