It was quite okay at first but then the author couldn't keep it in his pants and started drawing NTR situations.

Halfway through the manga, you can tell he had lost interested in it and just wanted to go back to his comfort cuck shed, hence why he drew those "delusion" chapters.

And I've heard the rumor that he did actual NTR work of makenki and only shared it with his private followers.
