This would be so much more enjoyable if the translation was a bit better. It is in the area where it isn't quite good enough to be considered good, but not bad enough to be considered bad. It's a shame after so much effort is put into the scanlation, especially because it isn't difficult to find some random native English speaker on the internet to do a casual proofreading, which would greatly improve the readability. Heck, even just putting the text through Grammarly would find some of these issues.
