Why do authors start their story with great set up and nice plot then proceed immediately to screw it up? Many stories had great potential but their creator killed them, especially the Japanese ones .

Looking through a self-insert lens, he was an underdog when he was with his friends. Now that he is quite literally a god and has a harem, why would he ever need to reconvene with people below him?

This manga is trash lol. I dropped it awhile back cuz I couldn't stand the stupid harem antics and dumb MC and now I come back and see it's even dumber than before. While all his friends mourned over his death and have been trying to get stronger in order to revive him, this idiot's been playing around with his harem and didn't think about them AT ALL while doing so. Then he suddenly remembers he has friends and claims to want to meet them and yet is now hiding from them lol. If I was one of this dude's friends, I'd cuss him out and clock his ass.
