Making it so the follows page showed allf ollowed isntead of just reading

Or maybe if it was a user setting to change which tab weas the default.
I want to use completed and plan to read mostly just for organizational purposes but I still want to see when they get updated. I check my follows page a lot and it's kind of annoying that I'd then have to switch to all each time
