anyway, when will they could understand each other? because it'll be annoying if the characters just use hand sign to communicate, like that one manga where the mc get isekaied but can't understand it's world's language at all, and he didn't try to learn, so he just use hand sign to communicate and doing merchant things, so it's feel like reading a mute manga, wtf.

It is hard to tell if those guys at the end are adventurers or part of the country, they feel like adventerers though. It felt like he was sold the land by the adventurer guild, not sure if it said, so I imagine people going through the guild to go there should be informed of the lands owner and while the country was probably informed they may not pass it down.
