@Domo: I think he did. Well, at least Kohaku might get now what's wrong with Aimu and pink...

Also, it's the second (third?) time I've seen the credits page and I still cannot decipher it.

im ready to fight this old fictional bigot. this series is bad for my heart man, it always feels like something is gonna come and crush aimu and kohaku but nothing bad has happened yet. i almost want some real drama to let the pressure off

I mean, if it wasn't that dad flipping his shit I dunno why they'd have bothered with that obvious lead in.

I know I'm late to the party, but I want to point out something here. People like @Crookshanks are being massively hypocritical here. For the record, maybe next chapter it's revealed that the dad was reacting negatively. Maybe it's something completely different. The point is that as of right now, it's unclear. It could easily go either way. And yet there's literally prejudice, prejudging. Huh, so it's cool to be prejudiced against this guy but when it comes to our boi the MC, that's off-limits?

@nbhstcqbvvpmacjrmv weird take tbh, you read a lot into my one sentence and called me a hypocrite when i never said it wasn't okay to prejudge? also its fiction dude, based on the themes of the story and the lines of the kid seemed pretty clear the dad was gonna get mad about him liking feminine stuff. would have been a possibly cool swerve to go some other direction but they forshadowed it so heavily that it probably woulda felt wrong

@Crookshanks Then by your own logic, based on the themes of the story and how people comment, you were on the side of the MC because you didn't like the unfair prejudice he was getting.

And I get that it would've felt wrong if it didn't go into the father being like that, but it still goes against the main theme of the story. Don't judge others based on outward appearances. Don't jump to conclusions without knowing more.
