It first starts with the guy when they were young (like elementary? idr), and he confesses to the girl, but after he does that and she feels the same way, she would disappear.
Years later, he would meet her again, and then he would again try to confess, only to see her disappear again.
This continues until he finds her yet again, but this time tries to stay by her side and support her memory loss, without confessing.
I believe this is as far as the translation got.
Bonus Points:
Kid goes (moves?) to the countryside, where he meets a girl, but finds out she is filled with electricity.
