Manga romance expert please come

Hello, I pray you well where ever you are.

So, I want to looking for manga that particularly have romance in it.

But, I don't want a romance manga that have the character following the ideology of the usual manga like "oh, romance? Then the character have to can't feel emotion, dense, or whatever."
I want a romance manga that both the male or female character AWARE that there's something going on between both of them and they RESPOND accordingly.
Wheter the manga is on going or complete is fine. And no harem if possible.
I know what the perfect story for my taste that I can say for example:" A Slight Smile is Very Charming"

It's a completed 25 chapter romance manga about a boi trying to win the heart of his childhood friend who convinced herself to act like his surrogate mother. the starting chapters may be frustrating because the girl (and later the guy) is as dense as diamonds but they make pretty good progress and ends with a very satisfying conclusion.
