another character that is busted beyond belief since the very start of the series beside Hellsing is Saiki Kusuo (and of course OPM and Mob).
talkin bout OP in general, you can check out:
Ichi the Killer (unstopable killing machine)
Basilisk (MC power is also busted)
Golden Kamuy (have 'Immortal as nickname and he is indeed hard to kill)
Blade of the Immortal (literally Immortal)

oh yea if you havent watch/read Hellsing, please dont bother with the 'prequel' it doesnt do shit and literally got dropped by the author before the story even start lole.
I definitely recommend Saiki Kusuo, imagine a demi-god-psychic squidward got surrounded by a bunch of patricks and spongebobs.
Basilisk have anime and live-action called 'Shinobi: Heart Under Blade' which is the reason why I knew about it, pretty different than the manga and pretty cool from what I remember.
