and how are you going to determine that the majority of people haven't already read it yet?
it is the same question with the whole underrated thing

the main criteria that is often given is because they think "not many people talk about it"
well, maybe because it is not a topic that can appear out of nowhere during conversation
or maybe because your circle just doesn't overlap with their circle

even if I use the number of 'Members' in myanimelist, it just can't cover the whole thing,
there are titles with less than 10k people added to their myanimelist, but they have 50k+ readers on mangadex

it is a difficult question to answer

Hokuto No ken (Fist of the North Star)
Souten No Ken (Fist of the Blue Sky)
Shadow Warrior: Tokugawa Ieyasu
Sakon: Record of Sengoku Upheaval
Fist of the North Star Origins

All are brilliant in my eyes, Shadow Warrior comes before Sakon. Sakon is the only one I'm iffy about. Leans heavily into the Ninja weirdness, but after rereading it after reading Shadow Warrior it makes a lot more sense!
I love Tetsuo Hara's art style, There needs to be more of his works on here! We need more Ikusa No Ko and Keiji of the Flowers! I'll give Hokuto No Gun 6 more years, then I'll translate them myself!

Great story about, well story! Rakugo to be precise. And all the different kinds of stories that can be told, the kinds of people that are drawn to the calling of being a rakugoka. At it's heart it's about a Father and a daughter and the bond they share.

I am once again asking for you all to go read Mozocry's manga.
That author really needs to make a sequel to Spectral Wizard, the ending was such a cliffhanger..

I would recommend Binbougami ga!: Egotistical rich girl has all the luck in the world at the cost of everyone else; a goddess of poverty is sent to rectify that. Hilarity ensues!

Catcher at the ballpark. Has like almost 200 chapters now iirc. It's more than just about a gyaru and a office worker romance.

Wazato Miseteru Kamoi-san? no translation but I feel like people who've read Anjou might possibly like it. Little more raunchy than anjou though.

TSUYOSHI same as the first has a lot of chapters and took so long for someone to even translate this. Funny as hell.

Itonami Itonamezu very cute newly wed story kinda weird start but I liked it.

Kokan Musou ~Kiraware Yuusha wa Mazoku ni Aisareru~ - 18+ has no translation and I can see why (redrawing is a pain) but it's funny and hot series. First two chapters have meme translation though iirc.

Read this one, very cute. Matsuura Kento is a pretty good artist who's improved over time, but his other writers so far haven't been particularly notable to me. Wonder if he and Sekka Iwata will collaborate on anything else in the future.

Unlike the other ones, i'm a rom-com fanatic and my reading list is small too.
Even though i have some that really touched me as a manga reader:

- Mikadono Sanshimai wa Angai, Choroi.: It was so good (personnally) that i read all the chapter in 4 days. A comedy (and romantic after some chapter...) slice of life title... about three cute sisters being ""nursed"" by a clumsy MC.

- Tokimori-san ga Muboubi desu!!: Do you want a really chill title that nothing happens?? Then this is for you. Quotes aside, this title very chill but it was a really good. Just give it try.

- Kanojo mo Kanojo: Even if i regret reading the end, it was personally good read. The author make really comic and iconic frames that litterally make me laugh to death. I like at how the MC take everything over-serious to the point where it's ridiculous.

- Ore no Kokan wa Bishoujo Datta no ka: An "What The Fuck" title that make me laugh to death. This is a perfect example of an original title... totally a weird concept but i love it. The author always tries to write something banger with weird thinking and logic... Totally a recommended read!

- 1/10 no Hanayome: an erotica remake of Who will marry my son?. Trash for Ones, Masterpiece for others, it's a bit literally wild but it was good read. Kinda tragic, but that why i like it. The author tries to find a balance between an erotic + traumatism + love contest and it work fine.
Not gonna lie, i like titles these. Sometime i think that some titles are AI generated to maximize profit over the genre due to lack of originality and overly repetitive plot.

Anyway, that's it!
