MangaDex Page Editing Error: Optimistic Lock Failed

[ShineIsOne]

I'm getting this error when trying to edit a page on MangaDex:

Failed to initiate page editing
The optimistic lock failed, version 2 was expected, but is actually 3

I've tried editing the page, but this error keeps appearing. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
